Society for Entrepreneurship Development is an Autonomous Organisation under administrative control of Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Tripura. It is registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 and established in the year 2001. Our target is to develop new micro and small enterprises and performance improvement of existing enterprises and entrepreneurship development in the state by providing guidance, counseling, and training to prospective candidates and existing entrepreneurs.

Fee Details

Every candidate has to pay ‘Application Processing Fee” @ Rs. 236.00 (Rupees two hundred thirty six) only through NEFT/RTGS/UPI in the following bank account.

Terms & Conditions

1. The selected candidates would be appointed on Purely Contract Basis for a term of (6 or 11) months and may be
extended on performance and requirement of the respective department/Agency/project.
2. The selected candidates should come under an agreement as per the norms with the SOFED.
3. If required, the candidates shall be called for verification of their original documents for the eligibility of the post/posts.
Such date shall be communicated later on.
4. The candidates shall be selected through written examination or interview on purely merit basis and the date of such
test/interview shall be informed on due course.
5. The number of posts mentioned above may increase or decrease at any time.
6. The undersigned has the right to cancel the process of recruitment partially or entirely at any time.
7. Age relaxation for ST/SC/PH candidates would be provided as per Govt. norms.
8. If any candidate is presently working with SoFED shall have to submit his/her NOC from the existing working
Dept/Agency.
9. In case of Post Village Community Worker (VCW) Item No. 08 above, the candidate must inhabitant of respective project
villages as per the list appended at ANNEXURE-I below. ) Out of total 78 posts, 33% posts are reserved for women candidates.

Application shall be submitted through online mode only in the website https://sofed.tripura.gov.in from 04-12-
2024 to 18-12-2024 up to 5.30 P.M. Incomplete, un-matched application and without application processing fee
shall be rejected without showing any clarification thereof. No application shall be received physically or by post
in any circumstances.
